After our initial discussions we will meet with the architect to ensure our full set of plans matches up with the vision you have.
During this phase we ensure all applicable Permits/Zoning issues and applications are covered
Communication and Verification
Initial Meeting and Walk Through
Clear communications is paramount in any relationship and we ensure your covered here. We will create your own Cloud based file system where your needed documentation is housed. All plans, invoices, bids, our information etc. are available with one click. We also setup a group communication chat where all you need to do is post a need/question and we respond.
Bidding and Initial Work
During this phase we review the bidding with you as the client and ensure you are aware of each phase of the project.
We do this to ensure you understand how and why bids are accepted. Price of course is paramount but just as important is reliability and quality.
While we are accepting bids we are not sitting around, we are preparing the worksite for building
Full Project Plan is finalized
During this phase all Designs, Plans, Pricing and timeline are finalized. You as the client are 100% clear on all aspects of the project.
From here we are all hands on deck to build your dream home!
Tracking and Updates
This is where we at Veteran Contracting Shine! As our background is Military we are diligent to communicate updates to you as the client so you are aware of how we are progressing. This allows us to address any concerns you might have. This phase allows you to submit any change orders you want to add and gives us the opportunity to accept them and get them in the pipeline.
